From the moment he entered our Bahama home on Friday, and sank to his knees to hug our two dogs, through his thoroughly professional and efficient cleaning, while my 8-year-old did her best to get in the way (which was fine as long as Elizabeth made sure to not touch the skinny snake!), to his leaving us, Alex was a perfect guest. My mom had them for 13+ years and I'm sure never had them cleaned. Trey did an exceptional job on the carpets in my home. I can never remember them looking better. We have just had all of the carpeted floors in our house cleaned by Mike this morning and we are amazed and how nice they look. We've had you guys come to clean a couple main traffic rooms a few years ago as our little guy was beginning to crawl and did a fantastic job. I can't remember the service person's name from the first cleaning but he was great as well. Mike was very personable, took his time to focus on the details/stained areas, and well organized. I did not give him a tip as I was unsure if that is acceptable but since I didn't, I wanted to tell you personally what a great job he did and how easy he was to work with. We will definitely have you guys come out and do our carpets again in 2016.

Happy Holidays and thanks for your wonderful service. Our family (my husband and I, our 2.5 year old son, and two yellow labs) greatly appreciate it.

It had been a long time since we had the carpets cleaned -- about two and a half years -- and with our clowder of cats, things had gotten disgusting. We tried to clean with a carpet cleaner, but it was not working, so we called in the professionals. I am very glad we did.
Michael arrived on time (9am on Saturday morning) and got started after a brief walk through and a discussion of the cost. He diligently worked for over six hours. We were impressed with how clean the carpets and the furniture were when he finished, and everyone who has visited since has been blown away by the transformation. We intend to make this an annual expense. It's worth it!

This company always does a great job. I have them come out approx. every six months. We have off-white berber carpet that gets very dirty! They always do a great job. It looks bright and white again by the time they're done. They are professional and friendly. I will continue to use them.

Overall very happy with the service. Technician arrived slightly early (which was fine), was very nice & answered all of my questions gladly.I never received any kind of estimate, but having a rough idea of the cost from other reviews I did not ask for one. I wrongly assumed that cleaning the tile floor in the kitchen would cost the same as cleaning carpet: boy was I wrong; kitchen tile cleaning alone was over $200. My mistake. Had I known that the tile service was so expensive I doubt I would have bothered with it as the floor was in decent shape already.
As for the carpets, very clean although there was one spot that they were unable to remove despite multiple attempts. Would definitely hire again for carpet cleaning.

Jay arrived on time; they said he'd arrive between 1:30pm and 2pm and he arrived right at 1:30pm. He did an excellent job at removing the stains & spots. He was friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend Triangle Carpet Cleaners. I only wish they did jute carpets (they may in the future) so that I could have them do my area rugs, too. Debbie was also friendly & professional; she double-checked about the jute rugs and gave me advice on the best way to clean them.

The person who came out was very friendly and helpful. We only wanted the two area rugs done and knew ahead of time that the minimum cost for them to come out would be $85. When he saw the size of the rugs he said he didn't think we were getting a fair deal and offered to clean the stairs and landing as well. He did a very good job, and was very friendly.

I called on a Friday afternoon and Debbie called me back (after 5 o'clock). I was in a pickle, because I was going out of town and hiring a house sitter/pet sitter the next week. Deb moved their schedule around and had my carpets cleaned Monday afternoon! That was the first wow. Secondly, our living room carpet was so badly stained by puppy training that I was planning to replace it. However, with a house sitter coming, I didn't want the house to smell "doggy". When Jay came to clean the carpets, he promised the stains would come out, and additionally promised that if they came back, he would return to clean them a second time. WELL, the carpets look BRAND NEW. Even the living room. The stains have not returned and I canceled my plans for replacement. I cannot recommend these folks more highly, they exceeded all my expectations.

The technician was on time. He explained what he was doing and the limitations of the process (can't always get *all stains* out). I was very pleased with the results. We can now get a little more life out of the sofa, at least as long as the "leaky" dog lasts.

I called and left a voice mail for the initial contact. Within 2 hours they had returned my call. A time for them to come by my house was easily scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. The day they came they called to let me know they would be 10 minutes late and were less than 10 minutes late. They were clean, neat, and very professional. Their explanations of what the were doing were detailed and easily understood. They responded appropriately to my questions. They cleaned the cushions in my home as mentioned above and loaded the other items in a truck to take back to their facility. A date to return the cleaned items was also easily scheduled at a time that was convenient to me. Their attention to detail and quality of their work was outstanding. For everything that they did and the quality of the work I think it was an excellent value.

The work went very well overall. It was very simple to schedule. The man was able to come after normal work hours. It only took one hour or so for him to complete the job, and the carpets looked fantastic afterward! I didn't have to move any furniture - just the small things off the floor.

We checked out this company on a variety of web sites and it came up clean. So did our carpets. The cleaner was punctual; he allowed ample time to get the job done well. He told us in advance which stains could be removed and which could not; still, they significantly improved the appearance of the permanent stains and thoroughly cleaned all the carpets and rugs.

I had a great experience with Triangle Carpet. First, I really like that they are a local, family-owned business. They are as friendly as their website would lead you to believe, and they were able to get me in quickly. They showed up right on time (actually 10 minutes late, and he phoned to let me know he was late!), and were friendly and helpful in discussing the state of my carpets. They got out stains that I wasn't sure they could, and they were very concerned about my cat not escaping through the front door. I will definitely call them again when I need their services.

The cleaner came at exactly the time he said he would (even though I'd been told that time was approximate), and went through the house looking at all the trouble spots. He told me what he would do, and gave me a written estimate. After reviewing the amount and my budget, I called for a cleaning appointment. Debbie made the appointment for a little over a week later. Once again he showed up right on time, dragged his hoses in and went to work. I work at home, so I locked myself into my office with the other cat. At one point I went out to ask him a question, and he showed me the difference between where he had finished and where he had not yet gone - it was a really visible difference! When he was done with the entire house, about 1.5 hours later, I looked over the whole thing. Even the front hallway which was the cat's favorite toilet and was very badly stained and smelly was once again white and clean - and it didn't smell anymore. The whole process was much quieter than I expected, certainly quieter than my vacuum. And it dried very quickly. The only fault I'd find is that he does like to talk a lot - someone else commented on this as well - but he would stop if I interrupted and stopped him. One little tiny black spot showed up on my bedroom carpet the next day, that had not been there before. I thought it was just sock fluff, but when I went to pick it up discovered it was a spot. I tried to clean it up, but it would not clean. I called them today and asked if they'd look at it, and they will be coming back tomorrow to see what they can do with it. I believe it is something that was under the carpet that leeched up because of the water - no fault of theirs - and I'm just hoping they have a tool in their arsenal that will take care of it, since my best efforts have not worked.

Jason came on time and go to work right away. He did a thorough job with each area. The furnitue was moved and then placed back with protective pads underneath. I am impressed with how the carpet looks. We have been wanting to replace the carpet, but because of other home repairs have put that expense on the back burner and decided to just have it cleaned to see if we could live with it for a little longer. I believe we can definately make it another year or two before replacing the carpet as it looks nearly new again thanks for Jason!

I called Triangle Carpets to have our light colored carpet and upholstered sofa cleaned. We also had an area on the carpet where a pad had been laid on top and there were adhesive lines marking the carpet. Triangle Carpet cleaners were able to remove the lines where other carpet cleaners have not been sucessful. The carpet was relatively dry when the cleaning was finished and dried completely within 12-24 hours. We were very pleased with the service and prior estimating. The serviceman was a pleasure to work with.

Having recently bought a house, my wife and I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We were in a bit of a rush because we needed the carpets cleaned before we moved into the house. I'd found Triangle Carpet Cleaners on Angie's List, but we'd also had personal recommendations from friends and colleagues. We needed 4 rooms and two long hallways cleaned. The carpets weren't really filthy, but were stained in places and had filtration marks around the edges. They also had a lot of furniture marks & indentations. There were paint drips on the carpet in some of the rooms. My wife phoned them on Monday and spoke with Debbie. Jason arrived on time at 4pm on Wednesday afternoon. My wife and I were ready to buy new carpets if we had to, but Jason was convinced it was unnecessary and that he could get the worst of the stains out. He was honest and clear with my wife that he'd be able to improve the look of the carpet, but might not be able to get all the stains out. After two hours of diligent and careful cleaning, he's done a superb job. The carpets look almost new again. Even the most heinous stains and spots have almost disappeared. You'd have to know where they were to find any remnants of the stains. Best of all, the furniture marks and indentations have gone. That was a real bonus. My wife and I are very pleased. Jason and Debbie were consummate professionals. We feel like we received value for money, and that they got the job done quickly with no mess or problems.

We had planned to remove and replace our carpets. They are a very short pile and very light in color. They looked terrible from many years of wear. Unfortunatly we had to replace our roof which took new carpets off the table. I found this company on Angies List, highly reccomended. I was amaized the carpets look great. I emailed this provider after searching Angies List for a carpet cleaner and received a call in about an hour setting up an appt for 4 days later. I was given an over the phone estimate based on a very high level description of the area. The appt was for 8 a.m. on Friday. Just before then, we received a call from the provider that his office gave him wrong address and he would be a few minutes late. He arrived soon after and went to work. He was very careful about going around electronics that could not be moved and sound system components that were wired into the wall. He spent extra time on a few soiled spots and placed plastic strips or foam blocks under all the legs of all the furniture that could not be moved. Although the carpet is solid light tan and is 15 years old, he made it look like new. The estimate was within $20 of the phone estimate. We are very pleased and will definitely use this company again in the future, as well as recommend them to others.

My experience with Triangle Carpet Cleaners was very positive throughout the entire process. When I called to discuss the job, I was met with a very helpful, friendly and honest person. She worked with me to estimate the area I needed to have cleaned and gave me an estimate of the cost. I also made the appointment for the cleaning and I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I wanted. The appointment was for 10AM. The technician ran a little late but even before the appointment time, a rep from the office called to tell us he was running behind and gave us an estimated time of arrival of 10:30. The tech arrived at that time. The tech, Jason, was very friendly and very efficient. I showed him what I wanted cleaned. He actually measured the areas and told us it would cost LESS than the estimate I had received since I was only able to give the office rep estimates of the areas. Jason went right to work and was done in approximately 1.5 hours. He cleaned 4 bedrooms, 2 bonus rooms, a hall way, an office area and a staircase. Everything looked great when he was finished. I will definitely use this company again for my carpet cleaning.

When I called for an estimate and appointment, I as given a time and an estimated price. Mr. Cole arrive exactly at the appointment time, and immediately verified the estimate based on the square footage he saw when he arrived. I had been asked to remove small items and any breakables which I had done. I pointed out some stains and problem areas and Mr. Cole told me what he thought he could do with those areas and explained to me about the type of carpet I had and how I could prevent future problems. He also was concerned that I realized that the carpet would be a little damp when he finished and to be careful walking form carpet onto wood and tile floorings so as not to slip. He was very thorough and knowledgeable!

Jay's office called to advise that he would be approximately 15 minutes late. I was most impressed to receive the call. I was also impressed at their kindness to me because I had to change my appointment several times due to health reasons. They were very kind and understanding when I changed the appointments. When Jay arrived I was very impressed with his equipment. The hose to clean the carpet came directly out of his truck and the water he used came from his truck and went back into his truck. He was very detailed about the cleaning and focused on spots that I didn't think would come out, but did. I was impressed that he used green products which did not affect me negatively in the least and I have a lot of allergies. I did not worry one bit about him being in my rooms without me there. I had asked him about cleaning an oriental rug while he was here and he explained the process they use when cleaning oriental rugs which would require the rug be taken to their warehouse to be cleaned and it would take about 2 weeks for the entire process. I was very impressed with his honesty because he could have said sure I'll clean it and it wouldn't have really been clean and I would not have known the difference. I had also asked him about cleaning my shower grout and again he was very honest and shared with me that my grout really needed to be replaced and he could clean it but the end result would not be something he would be happy with, nor would I be happy with it. Again, I was most impressed with his compassion, his honesty, and his professionalism. He far exceeded my expectations. He moved my furniture, placed it back where it needed to be, and made sure there were small plastic items on the furniture where it touched the floor. The carpet was almost dry when he left and it was a rainy day. He and his family were awesome, and professional. I WILL use him again without question and I highly recommend him to others.
